Aston Villa defender at centre of transfer fight

first_img Aly Cissokho 1 Porto, Lille and Fiorentina are in a three-way fight to sign Aston Villa defender Aly Cissokho.The French full-back looks surplus to requirements at Villa Park following the arrival of Jordan Amavi from Nice.Porto have identified Cissokho as a top target, and are prepared to bid £3m for the former Valencia man.Lille and Fiorentina are also keen, but are only prepared to take the 27-year-old loan with a view to a permanent deal.Cissokho joined Villa on a four-year deal last summer after a loan stint at Liverpool and is keen to get more game time next season.last_img read more
