first_imgCeltic have signed Dundee United winger Gary Mackay-Steven on a pre-contract agreement, which will see the Scotland international move to Glasgow in the summer.The 24-year-old joined United in 2011 from Airdrie after he was released by Liverpool, who had snapped him up from Scottish club Ross County in 2007 when Mackay-Steven was just 17.Injuries hampered his progress in the Reds academy, but he has starred at Tannadice and was given his first Scotland cap in November 2013.Mackay-Steven has incredible skill, an ability to beat people, create and score goals. “I remember Gary being ?technically excellent.
